These terms govern the use of mjounclub. By creating an account, you accept them.
These terms set out how the mjounclub service is provided. It is an online management software for gyms and combat sports clubs, published by GOLD LINE MARTIAL ARTS ACADEMY SARL, registered office at Quartier Le Parc, Résidence Nour Chorouk 42, Magasin N°1 — Mohammedia, Morocco.
The service is reserved for professionals. Creating an account implies operating a registered business.
Creating an account requires accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out from your account.
Before subscribing to a paid plan, you must provide your legal business details — company name, address, and tax identification number. These appear on all invoices as a legal requirement.
Every new gym gets a 14-day trial, with no card required and no commitment. The trial gives access to all features, limited to 50 members and 3 staff accounts.
At the end of the trial, if no subscription is taken, access is suspended. Your data is kept and becomes accessible again as soon as you subscribe.
Three plans are available, differing by the number of active members and staff accounts. Applicable prices are those displayed on the website at the time of subscription.
Prices are shown excluding tax. Moroccan VAT at 20% applies to clients established in Morocco. Services invoiced to clients established outside Morocco fall under the export of services regime.
Invoicing is in Moroccan dirham (MAD), regardless of the currency you use to collect payments from your own members.
The subscription is billed monthly or annually, depending on the cycle chosen. Annual payment corresponds to ten monthly instalments, meaning two months free.
Accepted payment methods are bank transfer and cash. Card payment will be introduced later.
A compliant invoice is issued at each billing period.
Going over the number of members or staff accounts included in your plan does not trigger any automatic interruption. We inform you so that you can decide whether to move up a plan.
If a payment deadline passes unpaid, a 24-hour grace period keeps the access control running only, so that members who are up to date are not penalised. After that, access is suspended.
Your data is kept in full and becomes accessible again once the situation is resolved.
The subscription has no minimum term. You may stop using it at any time, with no fee and no notice. No pro-rata refund is issued for a period already started.
Before leaving, you can export your members and accounting entries from the application. Your data is kept for three months, then permanently deleted.
We reserve the right to suspend an account in case of persistent non-payment, fraudulent use, or serious breach of these terms.
We take reasonable steps to ensure service continuity, without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability. Maintenance may occur, in principle outside peak hours.
We cannot be held liable for interruptions attributable to your internet connection, your equipment, or an event beyond our control.
The data you enter remains your exclusive property. We use it only to provide the service and transfer it to no third party.
You remain responsible for its lawfulness and for meeting your obligations towards your members. Personal data processing is detailed in our privacy policy.
You undertake not to attempt to access another gym's data, not to decompile or reproduce the service, not to use it for unlawful purposes, and not to share your credentials outside your team.
The service is a management tool. It is your responsibility to check the accuracy of the data entered, the compliance of your invoices with applicable regulations, and your own tax and social obligations.
Our liability, where applicable, is limited to the amounts actually paid over the last twelve months of subscription.
The service evolves regularly. Any substantial change to these terms or to pricing will be notified to you by email at least 30 days before it takes effect. You remain free to cancel during that period.
These terms are governed by Moroccan law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will seek an amicable settlement. Failing that, jurisdiction is given to the courts of Mohammedia.
